Founded by James Milonas and powered by Jessie Ablett and Billy Theofilopoulos, this is a group that lives the city the way their clients do, with purpose and pride.

Jessie offers thoughtful service with a background in investment and design. Billy delivers steady guidance with years of experience in finance and mortgages.

Passion with purpose
James’ philanthropic beliefs were bestowed on him from his mother at an early age, who not only gave to, but also organized numerous charity events.
On an annual basis James gives back to over 30 charities, including CANFAR, The Canadian Cancer Society, Holland Bloorview and of course The Yellow Brick House.
James spends his free time volunteering at women’s shelters in both Toronto and York Region, stocking the pantries at The Covenant House and bringing education and awareness to children’s charities.
In June of 2017, James was asked to compete in Toronto’s Dancing With The Stars, where not only did he win First Place and the Mirror Ball Trophy, but was able to present his charity – The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation with a sizable donation.
